We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our revenue processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot integration, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across our sales and marketing platforms. This role requires a collaborative approach, integrating efforts across customer care, product, marketing, and sales departments to drive cohesive strategies and maximize revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize the integration of Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accurate and efficient data synchronization
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline revenue operations and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with customer care, product, marketing, and sales teams to align processes and ensure data integrity
- Foster an integrated approach to customer care, product development, marketing, and sales to enhance customer experience and drive revenue
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPI’s) to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth. Provide a canence reporting to the board and to the C-Level in the company
- Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce and HubSpot best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and CRM systems
What You’ll Bring With You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot integration and management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
